HSC Physics Space Core Notes
Space is generally the first topic taught, and covers areas such as Einstein’s theory of relativity (mass dilation, time dilation, etc), the Michelson Morley experiment, Newtons gravitational laws, Keplers Law of Periods and some other stuff to do with space. Within the Space topic there is 4 mini topics: Gravity, Rockets and Forces, Gravity in the Solar System and the Development of our understanding (the Einstein stuff). The 2 sets of notes on space include (1) the theoretical dot points in the syllabus and (2) the practical and question based/self driven dot points.
HSC Physics Motors and Generators Core Notes
Motors and Generators: The motor effect, Faradays Law, Generators, Transformers and Induction motors are the 5 sections of this syllabus. This topic is less theoretical and more applications based. These notes are probably the most detailed as its highly important to understand the theory.
HSC Physics Ideas to Implementation Core Notes
A history of how science has developed and highly renowned theories – topics are Cathode rays, the Photoelectric Effect (Einstein), Semiconductors, and Superconductors. This topic is more theoretical than mathematical, which is good for students who struggle with applications and are good at notes.
HSC Physics Skills Core Notes
Detailed Physics Skills Notes, detailing the processes to follow during the practical segments of this course. The notes also include each method for attempting Physics experiments as well as expected outcomes. A must for students wishing to recap over previous experiments.
