This is my, actual, complete, final, Principles of Public Law Exam, that has been marked, for Semester 1 2009. I received an 81 in this exam, and an 83 overall. In the exam, Parts A, B and C were all weighted equally, and I received scores of 95, 81 and 67 respectively. Therefore, excluding the essay, I would have received a grade of 88 for this exam (and yes, actually 95% for Part A!). My answer is 16 pages long and has a significant number of comments on it from the marker. This exam has a very high number of useful comments from the marker. To give you some idea, every page except one has at least three pieces of feedback on it _ most have significantly more (and many have really detailed notes). You can really see where I have done well, and how you can do even better yourself (especially in the essay). What better way is there to prepare for your own exam, then to go through this exam with a complete set of high achieving answers? I type my answers to university exams – therefore, all I have done is photocopied my exam, removed my name and student ID, and posted on this website. Finally, I did ask – what better way is there to prepare? There is only one answer … you can also purchase the notes that I used in this exam, available on this website
