This is a fantastic service to use for comparison of notes, compilation of notes or even just in an emergency. There are high quality and varied notes for all the subjects you need.

I use Nexus Notes as skeletons for my own notes. This method is far easier than working off textbooks and really helps me with my law exams which aren't getting any easier.

I have used Nexus Notes since the site launched and I’m now achieving way more Ds and HDs instead of Ps.

About these notes

These notes go into excessive detail into the tort of negligence. I received a HD in my final exam due to these notes. They are based off notes of Neil Foster (Co-author of Torts- Cases and Commentary and author of the following supplementary textbook.) Not only do they discuss the basic principles of finding a duty of care, but also goes into depth into the Civil Liability Act 2002 which is a necessary act for all first year Law students to understand.
